I HEART FALL TAG!

I <3 fall tag!

Question #1: What is your favorite fall lip product?

My favorite fall lip product are both my 'Essential E.L.F Lipstick' in Gypsy and my 'Urban Decay Lip Junkie' in Naked which I apply both over one another.

Question #2: What is your favorite fall nail polish?

Like I have said before my favorite nail polish is most definitely 'Turning heads red' by Essie! Check out my post about this nail polish to find out my thoughts on it and also a mini review.

Question #3: What is your favorite fall starbucks drink?

I LOVE Starbucks and I will stick to my traditional drink Caramel Hot Chocolate! Oh I would love one right now. I
get it everytime I go to starbucks no doubt and I still LOVE it!

Question #4: What is your favorite fall candle?

I don't really buy candles except in fall time, so for this time of year I have to have a cinnamon smell lingering as it gets me in the mood for fall! I love Yankee Candles.

Question #5: What is your favorite fall scarf/accessory?

Mine is my favourite fall scarf from Jack wills! Its so long and cosy and omg I just love it!

Question #6: Which would you rather: Haunted house, haunted hay-ride or haunted corn field?

None!:( I got on the ghost train in Funderland if that counts? Hahahaha! I hate scary stuff!

Question #7: Favorite Halloween movie?

Omg I have one but I can't remember the name! Its about these witchs and a little girl and a teen boy. OH YES HOCUS POCUS! I can just about watch that, but not on my own even though its a kids movie LOL!

Question #8: Favorite Halloween candy?

MALTESERS! I always go for them at Halloween but since this asks for 'candy' I'd say these yummy 'Halloween Lollies' as they all them in my area. Everyone goes nuts to buy them and every shop has them but only at Halloween of course. They turn your tongue blue/green and they're so tasty! I don't know about other places in the world or outsite of my area though. I can't find a picture as they don't exist outside of where I live sorry :(

Question #9: What is your halloween costume this year?

QUEEN OF HEARTS ZOMBIE! Haha I bought it at random as I usually opt for a really girly suggestion but I don't know what happened this year.
I'm going to wear black bow tights with this and black kitten heels.

Question #10: What is your favorite thing about fall?

My favourite thing about fall is the cosy pjs and my electric blanket warming me up as the fire burns away. I love warm cups of tea and hot chocolate and cuddling with my puppy dog ruby! I also love the coldness, I don't know why but I love the feeling of being cold and wanting to be all cosy! I love spending time with my family and going for meals at this time!

DIY Ballerina-Halloween

DIY Ballerina-Halloween

Hello beauties!

Long time no see once again! But now the wonderful mid term has stuck me and I am school free!

Speaking of school, one of my subjects is 'Dance.' In this subject we do lots of contemporary dance, which can be a mixture of ballet and modern technique. This is what inspired me to do a post about how to make your own DIY ballerina costume for Halloween.

You'll need:

  • A white tank top. (easy, every girl has one.)
  • A pink or white or even peach tutu. (Every halloween store has these for about £5. But if you have a little sister steal her one from playing dress up lol.)
  • Pink ribbon. (Any craft supply store or dress making shop has this)
  • Tape. Possibly clear.
  • White, pink or tan tights.
  • White, pink, peach, cream or nude flat shoes.

Once you have that you can start making your costume.

Put your tan tights and shoes on. You want cut to equal length pieces of ribbon and tape them to either side of both shoes. One your done criss cross the ribbon all the way up to your mid calf or knee and tie it in a bow. Then put the tutu and tank top on and tuck the tank top into the tutu, If you have any ribbon left you could tie it at the waist in a bow. Then you want to put your hair up in a bun and tie a ribbon around the bun in a bow. Or keep it plain if this is too much.

As for makeup and nails.

  • Paint your nails a sheer baby pink.
  • Put on a pale or of right skintone foundation.
  • Apply a baby pink blush to the apples of the cheeks.
  • Smear some baby pink lip gloss/stick on.
  • Get a peach/white eyeliner and apply to the waterline for an illusion of doll eyes.
  • Apply 2 coats of brown mascara.
And your DONE!

Thanks for reading, until next time,

Turning heads RED!

Turning heads RED!

Hello beauties!

I'm so sorry I have abandoned this blog. School is so over powering and stressful, I need to make more time for this though! I thought to start us of on the right foot for fall I'd share a favourite of mine.

My new go-to nailpolish is Essie's 'Turning heads red' and I LOVE this nailpolish. I know they discontinued it though, but you can get it for £8 in TKMAXX along with Essie's Tangerine and Imported Champagne, all in a packed trio for £8, which is incredible because here in N.I. it costs £8 for one of these nail polishes.

I love wearing this nailpolish as it just gives a vibrant instant pop to my pale skin, if that makes sense. It also reminds me of christmas! I'm currently wearing this colour right now and I love looking at my nails. Even without a top coat this is very shiny and has not smudged or chipped overnight!

I just thought this would be a good product to share!

Thank you, Tamii x

Back to School - Cute lunch ideas!

Back to School - Cute lunch ideas!
Hello beauties!

My first full day of school is tomorrow and I have spent all day getting ready for it. This includes making my lunches! I have never made my own lunches as my mummy always does it for me. Though I decided to give her a break today as I just bought this new lunchbox and the idea of a cute lunch got stuck in my mind!

So with my new lunch box I had 3 little compartments in it, A large one and two small ones.

I decided I would make a big bowl full of a yummy fruit salad and scoop some into one of the small pockets, and then I would make a regular salad and scoop some of that into one of the small compartments.

Below is the extact lunch box I got! I found this imagine to extact on ebay though I got mine in a shopping centre in my town.

If you want to buy it on ebay here is the link: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Food-Container-Lunch-Box-Sandwich-Slim-Tub-School-Picnic-3-Compartments-Sections-/200720595625

This is what it looks like;

The way I make my bowl of fruit salad is;
2 bananas, sliced,
1 cup of grapes,
1 full honeydew melon sliced into chunks
1 full pineapple sliced into chunks and
1 tiny sized pot of honey drizzled over it.

Then a mix it and store it in a metal cake tin in the fridge.

As for the salad, I got a little salad pack in Icelands, which includes;
1 sliced cucumber,
lots of lettuce leaves,
and 2 sliced tomatoes.

Then I pour the tiniest bit of leftover honey into it to cure your sweet tooth and mix. I store it in a large mixing bowl with cellophane over it in the fridge.

I used to eat cheese slice sandwiches, but I decided to get a cuter idea for my lunches!

I saw this adorable idea for school, its healthier too!

You'll need brown bread or wholemeal, NOT white! Though if you don't care about the healthier part then white is good for you.

Something to top the bread, I'll be using jam but you can use, peanut butter, nutella, butter, anything! Or even switch it up every few days.

And a sharp thin knife or some cookie cutters!

You will then cut out shapes in your bread, hearts, stars, flowers even little duckies! and then spread some of your favourite topping over it and your good to go!

Hope you enjoyed my ideas!

Back to school!

Back to school!

Hello beauties!

Sorry I've abandoned you but I've been so busy getting ready to go back to school! I start school tomorrow so I thought I'd share with you how I am going to do my makeup. It's very natural, light and simple as my school actually has a rule 'no makeup.'

So first with my CVS foundation brush I apply Maybelline Super Stay 24hr foundation all over my face and make sure it is well blended!

Then I will take my double sided makeup pencil from ELF shown above and apply the shadow side all around my lid, and then apply the brown pencil to my tightline! This will make my lashes appear fuller and bigger.

I will then take my quad from ELF shown in the picture above and apply the lightest colour to my inner corners to wake me up and the peach colour on my lid to set the shadow pencil.

After I will quickly apply any mascara to give my lashes a tint!

I will take any angled brush, my one is from MAC and I will apply the blush from the ELF blush and bronzer compact to the apples of my cheeks!

Next I will take a rose tinted lip balm and apply it to my lips preventing it from chapping.

Hope this give you an idea for your back to school makeup!
